We are looking for a Product Manager who can own products from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Founder, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to define product strategy, understand user needs, prioritize features, and deliver experiences that drive meaningful user and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap, vision, strategy, and priorities.
- Understand user problems through research, feedback, analytics, and market insights.
- Convert user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality features.
- Define product KPIs and measure feature and business performance.
- Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Drive products through discovery, planning, development, launch, and iteration.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Design experiments and A/B tests to validate product decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Monitor competitors and emerging technology trends.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve the product experience.
- Maintain clear product documentation, roadmaps, PRDs, and release plans.
- Communicate product vision and priorities across teams.
- Take end-to-end ownership and make data-driven product decisions.
