We are looking for DevOps Engineers to build and operate the cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, automation, and reliability layer powering UrNextDoor.

You will work closely with software engineers and product teams to make deployments faster, infrastructure scalable, systems secure, and applications highly available. Modern DevOps roles commonly emphasize CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, IaC, containers, monitoring, security, and automation.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor application, infrastructure, and database performance.
• Implement logging, alerting, observability, and incident-response systems.
• Improve system availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement cloud security, access controls, secrets management, and vulnerability management.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, or similar tools.
• Manage production, staging, and development environments.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and operational costs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve release processes and developer experience.
• Establish and maintain DevOps, SRE, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
