What You'll Do

• Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
• Build AI-powered features for recommendations, search, personalization, matching, and content intelligence.
• Work with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, embeddings, RAG, and AI agents.
• Develop intelligent ranking and recommendation systems for users, communities, content, and services.
• Build data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Experiment with different models, prompts, datasets, and architectures.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production applications and APIs.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, latency, and reliability.
• Optimize models for scalability and production workloads.
• Work with engineering, product, and design teams to convert product ideas into AI-powered solutions.
• Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to UrNextDoor.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested production code.
• Take ownership of AI/ML features from experimentation through deployment.
