Week 6, mama — and things are getting exciting! This is often the week a tiny heartbeat can be picked up on an early ultrasound. 🥹 Such a big moment from such a little bean.
🫛 Baby's size: A sweet pea (about 4–6mm) — growing fast and changing daily.
👶 What's happening this week:
That little heart is beating now (often 100–160 beats a minute!). Baby's facial features are starting to take shape, and tiny buds that'll become arms and legs are forming.
🤍 What you might be feeling:
Morning sickness (that can strike any time of day 🙃), fatigue, sore breasts, frequent bathroom trips, and mood swings. Hang in there — your body is doing incredible work.
💡 Tip of the week:
Battling nausea? Try small, frequent snacks, keep crackers by your bed, sip ginger or lemon water, and don't push yourself — rest is productive right now. 🫖
